Mission Statement

At Holter Intellectual Property, Inc. (HIP Inc.), our mission is to create and nurture opportunities for artistic and professional growth, empowering emerging artists and engaging communities through diverse and inclusive edutainment projects. We are committed to fostering collaboration and delivering innovative curricula and workshops, along with high-quality visual art, theatrical events, music festivals, and multimedia experiences. By blending self-care, harm reduction, and professional development with cultural discourse, we aim to positively impact underserved communities, including Main Streets in small towns, seniors, and special interest groups. Together, we strive to enlighten, employ, and enrich the lives of those we serve.

More about The HIP Team

Holter Intellectual Property Incorporated (HIP Inc.) creates educational curricula, workforce skills development, and employment opportunities for underserved, socially, and economically challenged individuals. Our outreach initiatives engage the community in the arts through professional-level live music, theater, film, and literary works, raising awareness of humanitarian causes and emphasizing the value of the arts.

HIP Inc. is home to the Voices of Foster Care initiative and the Coffy Talk community, which create soul-healing curricula for social change, personal wellness, and artistic growth. We offer internships and gainful employment to creatives interested in documentary films, podcasts, publishing, audio recording, live music events, festivals, theater, visual art, and wellness retreats. We welcome you to join us in creating art that makes a difference.

The HIP Team is passionate about delivering exceptional creative art and professional development services through our team of elders, young adults, and business and entertainment professionals. Our curricula blend artistic and professional development elements with contemporary critical frameworks in cultural discourse, creating cohesive film, theater, public speaking, and edutainment projects that positively impact the community.

To artists, we are a home base—a place to recharge for the path ahead. We offer classes, mentorship, self-esteem-building projects, and on-the-job stage and oratory training. To producers and collectors of innovative art, we are a gold mine of music, theater, visual art, lyrics, literature, and choreography. To supporters of community service, we are a treasure chest of skills and ready-to-serve public aid art to keep your heart rich.

About the HIP Logo

Created by Jessica Holter, The HIP Logo represents film, publishing, and music—the three main components of our edutainment services. The feather, or quill, symbolizes unity in our tribe, once many, now one.

We lean toward the positive narrative.
