MNS: My Noir Score is the proprietary narrative engine at the heart of the Holter Intellectual Property Curriculum. Designed by writer and poet Jessica Holter, this system gives learners a structured, intuitive way to understand how mysteries are built, scored, and brought to life across audio, stage, and digital media.
Rather than a software app, MNS currently functions as a story logic framework — a modular toolkit that teaches students how to track clues, analyze motives, follow emotional truth, and build coherent theories inside an unfolding narrative. It is the backbone of the Coffy Town Radio Theater curriculum, guiding learners through the craft of mystery‑making with clarity, creativity, and cultural depth.

Our Proof of Concept: Coffy Town Radio Theater
The Holter Intellectual Property Curriculum is proud to introduce its flagship proof‑of‑concept project: Coffy Town Radio Theater, an immersive Black Noir audio experience that demonstrates how narrative, music, performance, and community storytelling come together inside our learning framework.
Our first series, STORYTIME WITH LADY: PLAYERS & PEARLS AT CLUB SURRENDER, is available now at Coffy.Town. This ongoing saga serves as a living classroom where learners can observe how characters evolve, how clues are placed, how emotional logic drives plot, and how sound design shapes the world of Coffy Town.
Coming soon is our next installment, STORYTIME WITH LADY: JACKIE’S BACK, expanding the universe and offering new opportunities for students to study character arcs, motive, mystery construction, and ensemble performance.
