Welcome to Holter Intellectual Property Incorporated, also known as HIP Inc. We are The HIP Team, working in tandem with HIP Soul Fest, the Coffy Network, and Creative Director Jessica Holter to manage opportunities for communication through curricula and workshops, books, audio, video, visual art, theatrical events, and music festivals that enlighten and employ emerging artists and engage communities.
We create curriculum for personal and community enhancement. Our HIP Soul Festival Workshop Curriculum is a detailed workbook for producing a youth‑centered arts festival in your community. It is designed as both a teaching tool and a production blueprint, guiding participants through the full cycle of creative development, collaboration, and public presentation.
Our program teaches teamwork, peer learning, event planning, live music production, and communication skills, while also strengthening emotional intelligence, leadership, and cultural literacy. Students learn how to ideate, rehearse, organize, and execute a live event with professionalism and pride. Through hands‑on practice, they gain experience in stagecraft, media production, budgeting, scheduling, and community engagement.
At its core, the curriculum nurtures confidence, creativity, and purpose. It helps young people discover their voices, build healthy relationships, and understand their role in shaping the cultural life of their neighborhoods. By the end of the workshop, participants have not only produced a festival—they have built a community.
