Holter Intellectual Property, Inc. develops culturally grounded, narrative‑based curricula designed to uplift communities through storytelling, performance, and emotional literacy. Our work blends therapeutic theater, multimedia publishing, and holistic education to create programs that support self‑esteem, communication skills, and personal transformation. Each project in our catalog is written with intention, tested through community engagement, and made available for organizations seeking meaningful, art‑centered programming.
Our curricula are built on the belief that creative expression is a pathway to healing. Whether through radio theater, mystery‑based learning, holistic retreats, or youth‑centered performance, HIP projects offer structured, accessible tools for educators, facilitators, and community leaders. These works are designed to be adapted for classrooms, nonprofits, arts organizations, and wellness programs, providing a foundation for emotional growth, cultural literacy, and self‑governance.
From the immersive world of Coffy Town Radio Theater, to the holistic healing journey of Becoming the Goddess, to the narrative‑logic tools of the HIP Noir Engine, each project demonstrates how art can be used to teach, to heal, and to empower. Our catalog reflects 25 years of creative activism and a commitment to building a library of resources that communities can use to spark dialogue, develop skills, and inspire change.
Holter Intellectual Property invites collaborators, educators, and organizations to explore these works and join us in expanding access to creative literacy, emotional wellness, and culturally resonant storytelling.
Coffy Town Radio Theater is the signature learning platform of the Holter Intellectual Property Curriculum, a 501c3 initiative dedicated to creative efficacy, cultural literacy, and community edutainment. Built by writer and poet Jessica Holter, this curriculum uses immersive Black Noir storytelling to teach the craft, discipline, and emotional intelligence behind modern narrative creation.
At its core, Coffy Town Radio Theater is a modular learning ecosystem where students, artists, and community members explore:
Story structure and world‑building
Character development and voicework
Journalism‑based observation and truth‑seeking
Scriptwriting for audio, stage, and interactive media
Music‑driven narrative design
AI‑assisted creativity and ethical digital authorship
Live performance, ensemble work, and audience engagement
