Coffy Town Radio Theater is the signature learning platform of the Holter Intellectual Property Curriculum, a 501c3 initiative dedicated to creative efficacy, cultural literacy, and community edutainment. Built by writer and poet Jessica Holter, this curriculum uses immersive Black Noir storytelling to teach the craft, discipline, and emotional intelligence behind modern narrative creation.
At its core, Coffy Town Radio Theater is a modular learning ecosystem where students, artists, and community members explore:
Story structure and world‑building
Character development and voicework
Journalism‑based observation and truth‑seeking
Scriptwriting for audio, stage, and interactive media
Music‑driven narrative design
AI‑assisted creativity and ethical digital authorship
Live performance, ensemble work, and audience engagement
Through the ongoing saga Players & Pearls at Club Surrender, learners witness how a story evolves from page to performance, from soundtrack to scene, and from digital narrative to live venue experience. The curriculum includes a locked script, an original Trap‑Cabaret/Noir House soundtrack, and a growing metaverse at Coffy.Town, where human performers eventually embody AI‑originated characters.
Coffy Town Radio Theater is more than entertainment—it is a training ground for emerging storytellers, a bridge between technology and tradition, and a community‑centered model for teaching art as both craft and cultural inheritance.
It is curriculum. It is community. It is creative empowerment in action.
